CONSTRUCTION DELIVERY METHODS
HARD BID
We excel at hard bid projects by producing detailed estimates in-house. Our disciplined project controls include competitive pricing of materials and trades that will keep the work on schedule and accurately budgeted.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
As a CMAA certified Construction Manager, we add value early through proactive planning, cost modeling, and constructability reviews. During the construction phase, we lead the project team to minimize risk and maximize efficiency. Construction Manager-at-Risk (CMAR) or Construction Manager Agent (CMa).
COST PLUS
On Cost-Plus projects, our priority is full cost transparency, real-time reporting, and tight budget-management to protect the owner’s interests and ultimately turnover a building that fits the owner’s exact needs.
DESIGN-BUILD
Design-Build projects allow for cooperation from start to finish. We assemble a team of architects and engineers that create a fully-vetted scope of work that can be competitively bid among suppliers and subcontractors to ensure budget, schedule, and finished project align with the owner’s goals.
SELF-PERFORM
Our self-perform capabilities allow us to directly control critical work activities, ensuring higher quality, improved safety, and greater schedule reliability.

CONCEPTUAL ESTIMATING
We help owners make informed decisions by combining our industry insights with historical data on similar projects and geographic locations to provide a reliable estimate.
DESIGN ASSIST
By collaborating closely with the owner’s design team, we offer constructability input, pricing feedback, and material recommendations that improve efficiency and reduce risk.
VALUE ENGINEERING
Our VE process is diligent in identifying cost-saving updates to an existing project design or scope of work without sacrificing performance, quality, or long-term value to ensure the best return on investment for the owner.)

Currently, Firebrand serves North Central Oklahoma including Logan, Payne, Pawnee, Creek, Noble, Lincoln, Osage, Kay, Grant, Garfield, Kingfisher and Blaine counties. Our main office is located in downtown Stillwater.
